ONSITE PROTOCOL

For you, for us, together we can get through this.

1 – Check-in

We will have a daily check-in form that align with State of Michigan emergency orders.

2 – Check-on

We will routinely check-on staff and students during our onsite sessions.

3 – Check-out

We will have a check-out form to ensure consistency with our health safety protocol.

COVID-19 Guide

  • If you are sick, please stay at home
  • Consider AccelerateKID virtual classes from home using Google Hangout
  • No more than 10 people onsite at one time including staffs, students and families
  • Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds
  • Clean your laptops and devices with disinfectant wipes
  • Kids should sit at least 6 feet apart from each other for social distancing
  • Staff needs to wipe down tables regularly

DROP-OFF & PICK-UP KIDS

  • Step 1: Parents must stay in their car when dropping off kids
  • Step 2: Kids will be required to take a temperature reading before entering
  • Step 3: Parents must stay in their car when picking up kids from classes, camps & clubs

ONSITE PROTOCOL

  • MASKS: Instructors and students will be required to wear masks with occasional breaks
  • 6 FT APART: Students will sit 6 feet apart and have table guards placed in between them for additional protection
  • CLEANING: The facility will have hand sanitizers and cleaning wipes. Classrooms and furniture will be cleaned in between each period

    For parents and students who are not fully comfortable yet to be onsite, we are offering online classes, camps and workshops.

    We have 3 method of instructing which are as follows:

    » VIRTUAL: Students will engage with instructors in virtual environment only

    » HYBRID: Students will engage with instructors through a mix of virtual and face-to-face as allowed by law

    » FACE-TO-FACE: Students will engage with instructors in face-to-face learning
