Each Camps are 1 week long Starting : June 15 – Aug 31, held at Online through Zoom Meetings

Our mission at AccelerateKID® is to create future creators using our unique STEAM.org™ Accredited program. Students not only learn about entrepreneurship and the latest technology but they will also gain 21st century skills including creative designing, critical thinking, teamwork problem solving and public speaking. The first 10 students will be accepted for enrollment and the rest will be placed on a wait list.  

6/15 – Code Warriors Scratch, Grades 3-8th, M-F, 9AM-12PM – was $300 now $240 for the week

Campers will learn to code using Scratch visual programming language to design simple games like a Maze. The goal is to introduce students to simple programming concepts, design a game, and implement coding logic. Every student will storyboard and present their game at the end of the week!

6/15 – Code Master JavaScript, Grades 5-8th, M-F, 1PM-4PM – was $300 now $240 for the week

Campers will learn the JavaScript programming language using Bitsbox to design app games like Soccer Superstar . The goal is to introduce students to hard language programming concepts, design an app-like game, and implement coding logic. Every student will storyboard and present their app game at the end of the week!

7/6 – Minecraft Modders, Grades 5-8th, M-F, 9AM-12PM – was $300 now $240 for the week

Campers will create their own Minecraft server and push their creativity to the limit by designing multi-player mini-games like The MEGA Spleef Arena for their friends to play! The goal is to have students understand how to build a server, develop a mini-game, and create their own Minecraft world. Every student will storyboard and present their project at the end of week!

7/6 – Roblox eSports Game Design, Grades 5-8th, M-F, 1PM-4PM – was $300 now $240 for the week

AccelerateKID® is an official ROBLOX Educator®.  Campers will learn and use the Roblox online studio to design, construct and play a game of their own design. The goal is to have students understand the virtual game, know the toolbox and features, and build an elaborate capture the flag arena. Every student will storyboard and present their project at the end of the week!

7/27 – Virtual 3D Printing, Grades 5-8th, M-F, 9AM-12PM – was $300 now $240 for the week

3D Printing is an emerging technology that teaches students to design 3D models using Autodesk TinkerCAD and to 3D print using MakerBot Desktop software. The class encourages students to use creativity in troubleshooting, engineering, and product design. This is a great course to introduce children to 3D printing, and the basic fundamentals of design within a 3D environment.

7/27 – Unity 3D Animation, Grades 5-8th, M-F, 1PM-4PM – was $300 now $240 for the week

Create 3-D animation and video games using Unity software with the C# programming language. Maximize your creativity and programming skills to create 2-D and 3-D games and animation. You’ll proudly show your storyboard and game at the end of camp.
